Mi estancia en este hotel fue excelente. Todo estuvo perfectamente organizado, lo que generó una experiencia muy cómoda y tranquila. El servicio fue eficiente en todo momento y no tuve ningún contratiempo durante mi visita. Es un lugar que transmite confianza y comodidad, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de una estadía agradable. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y consideraría regresar en una próxima ocasión.

La verdad del hotel es pequeño, aunque no me pareció el hecho de qué no hubiera ventanas en las habitaciones, ya que sufro de claustrofobia. Por esa razón me pusieron en una que tenía una ventana, pero me dijeron que ninguna habitación tenía ventana. El personal es un tanto apático.

El servicio de las chavas de recepción es muy bueno, pero este hotel no lo es, mi habitación tenia animalitos, no me quisieron rembolsar, y me pasaron a otro hotel de esta misma cadena "El plaza", en este hotel todo bien, la limpieza, la atención y muy cómodo.

Reitero la calificación es mala para este hotel, pero el de la otra cadena muy bien, igual agradezco que las chavas de recepción me ayudaron a solucionar el problema.

Buenas tardes. Mi opinion sobre este punto es en primer lugar que la cama rechina al sentarse o al acostarse la regadera la tienen que cambiar le sale poca agua en general quede satisfecho con el servicio del personal pero en especial con la Srta.Selena. Gracias.
