Pros:

Ich möchte vorab sagen, dass ich jedes Jahr in einem Hotel in der Türkei Urlaub mache, meistens in einem durchschnittlichen 4-Sterne-Hotel, und bisher immer zufrieden war. Aber dieses Mal war die Erfahrung leider so schlecht, dass ich eine Rezension schreiben muss.
Die Hotelanlage bietet keinerlei Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten – kein Fitnessraum, kein Spielplatz, keine Live Musik oder sonstige Angebote, um die Zeit zu verbringen.
ALLE Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Begrüßungen gab es nicht, Bedienung war SELFSERVICE. Man fühlte sich schon unwohl, etwas zu bestellen, da man oft nur von genervten, unmotivierten Gesichtern angesehen wurde. Die große Ausnahme war der Mitarbeiter Taha an der Strandbar – der einzige, der freundlich und zuvorkommend war.
Obwohl All-Inclusive gebucht war, mussten bestimmte Dinge extra bezahlt werden: türkischer Kaffee und Shots waren kostenpflichtig. Um 21 Uhr wollte ich einen Vodka bestellen – Antwort: „Haben wir nicht mehr.“ Essen war geschmacklos, IMMER kalt und wenig Auswahl. Die Bar schließt bereits um 23 Uhr.
Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber – das ist wohl der einzige wirkliche Pluspunkt. Die Reinigungskraft hat hier wirklich gute Arbeit geleistet.
Kein Lift in der gesamten Anlage.
Lage sehr abgelegen: Nach Alaçatı braucht man mit dem Taxi ca. 30 Minuten.
Im Großen und Ganzen leider ÜBERHAUPT NICHT zu empfehlen. Ich würde niemals wiederkommen.

Pros:

Personel çok güleryüzlü ve işinin ehli. Otel çok eski. Odalar dökülüyor. Bizim odamızda ağır bir kanalizasyon kokusu vardı. Ancak Çeşme Dalyan’da deniz kıyısı ve ultra her şey dahil bir otel bu fiyata hesaplı sayılır.
