Pros:

Was very good apartment but i faced very big trouble as i have luxury car which is costly and i couldn’t find a parking eveb in the street while the weather was so hot in this summer, when i asked the property about it, they advised the parking should be in the street.
If you are worry about the car be careful about this step.
