This was our first experience of staying in Makarem Haram View Suites and we were pleasantly surprised with its location (literally next to the Masjid-e-Nabawi), the cleanliness and spotless decor of the rooms, and very friendly staff. Our suite had plenty of space (a large sitting room, a spacious bedroom, two bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen - what else can one ask. Inshallah will be staying there whenever in Madinah al Munawara in future.

Very close to Haram.
1 minute walk to Gate 333 which is where the entry for womens is very easy and convenient.

Same for men as well.

The hotel has recently been renovated so is in excellent condition. The two-bedroom suite is large, with ample space and an excellent kitchen with a washing machine and microwave. Poor design is evident in the bathrooms where the shower screens are not sufficient to prevent water going everywhere. The power went out on two occasions so be mindful that the internal work may affect your stay as the fire alarm went off at least three times in three days . The lifts can be very slow.

Pros:

The room itself was absolutely perfect, facilities and location cannot be topped.
However, we paid a 500 SYR refundable deposit as you do, but on checkout they kept saying theres a misunderstanding on their side, and as we didnt want to miss our train to Makkah they would complete a bank transfer. 6 weeks on, still chasing them and they show no intention to complete our refund. Shocking to say the least in the holy city they do this.
