Pros:

Hung and his family was a wonderful and helpful host in a lovely, quiet part of town with village vibes. Close by are rice fields, and the bicycles provided free of charge are a great way to get around in Hoi An. If you're not looking to spend all your time in the old town, there are lots of cafes and restaurants closer to this accommodation.
