Joy 124 Hotel Milano

Breakfast was bad. Eggs not fresh and so salty. Many things were empty and just 2 people working for the whole space.

Excellent facilites and a lovely, clean room.

Struttura molto moderna e curata. Ottimo ambiente accogliente e professionale. Colazione estremamaente varia, con prodotti dii qualità e ben presentata. Ci tornerei senz'altro alla prossima occasione.

Very nice and clean hotel , close to Milano Centrale train station , with very good breakfast.

Hotel super novo, quarto grande, excelente café da manhã! Não fica muito perto das principais atrações, mas o metrô está a 650m de distância.

Adoramos o hotel! Quartos amplos, confortáveis e limpos. Atendimento na recepção ótimo! O ponto negativo foi a insistência das camareiras em arrumar o quarto. Nós acordaram 3 vezes e estávamos super cansados. Essa insistência comprometeu nosso descanso.

The entry is problematic- as they have stirs that are difficult to lift bags up.
Not a lot a services around the hotel.

Generally a nice stay, but for higher review I would need

- less noisy air-condition
- ability to change the temperature of the aircon - 24 C is too high
- clothes hangers were not removable and from metal and thus making it difficult to place clothes, and the clothes was sliding off the "slippery" metal.

We had a fantastic stay at JOY24. The location is unbeatable, a very brief walk from Milano Centrale station, which made exploring the city and catching trains incredibly easy. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and the bed was quiet comfortable. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. For a convenient, comfortable, and well-run stay in Milan, I would highly recommend it.

Accessible and quiet location near Milan Central Station

Brilliant hotel, amazing staff and very good location.

Superbe séjour, on entend un peu les voisins de chambres quand ils sont dans la salle de bain mais ça reste supportable. Nous recommandons cette hôtel ! Proche du métro et du bus ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements.

Nuovo hotel con camere confortevoli non distante dalla stazione, raggiungibile anche a piedi.

The night front desk staff is really great!! Super smiley and kind :) Great vibe!

The hotel is new and very aesthetically pleasing, designed to look high end. The bed is so so comfy so we had a great nights sleep!

The only downfall for me is the lack of complimentary water I fell like that would go a long way.

The area isn’t so pretty but very convenient! Metro and tram stop just a few minutes walk away. Most importantly, a great 24h garage parking for a great price

But overall,

Hotel in general is fine. Everything you need for a short stay. There are not many options for dinning around the location. Metro station is near by.
