Pros:

I am very disappointed with this hotel. It looks like someone who is working in the hotel had stolen my jacket. I hanged my jacket in the wall inside my room which I planned to wear it before I left but I had forgotten to do that. My wife had also confirmed that she remember I had hanged my jacket in the wall. I checked out at 4:00am in the morning to catch a morning flight. When I found out that I had left my jacket in my room at around 6:30am, I had contacted the hotel right the way from the airport and was only told at around 7:00am that my jacket had gone. It was a nice jacket that my father had given to me as a gift many years ago. There is sentimental value with this jacket and I had lots of memories associated with it. Since I checked out at 4am and was told that my jacket was gone at around 7:00am, I believe only the staff from the hotel would have the key to enter my room. There is surveillance camera on each floor, I had asked if the hotel staff can help to check who had entered my room but I got no reply. I found the hotel is not very cooperative in this case. This experience had ruined my trip and had left with me a very sad and bad memory about this place that I had visited.
