Love the convenience and communication from staff that allowed for an easy and convenient after hour check in. Staff responsiveness, room layout and cleaniness was excellent.
Usable room for a few days. Bathroom fixtures were old and in need of updating. No phone or clock. Most unusual thing is the front desk closes at 8:00pm and opens late. We were locked out of our room by the old school card reader door lock. Thankfully they answer the emergency phone number! The room was clean but far from spotless. Same with the hallway and elevator. Will probably look for an alternative next time.
Stayed a week. Everyone was nice and friendly. Room was nice. No issues.
O
Clean room, Pet friendly, free washer and dryer.
Everything about this hotel was excelllent.
.
Traveled with two dogs. Very accommodating and great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Exceeded my expectations would stay again. Excellent location.
Clean comfy
I really liked it; it was a spacious and clean room. It made me feel like I was home.
It was located by a great many shops and stores which was nice to browse and see what they had. Room was very nice and clean, the only thing I can say was bad was that outside my window was a bright sign but thats not really the hotel’s fault plus i could just close the curtains
No breakfast
I liked the fact that I could check in even though no one was there. I didn’t like the fact that I was left with instructions for the front desk the next morning but had to leave before staff arrived due to a medical procedure. I don’t like to feel anything on my end is unfinished. I enjoyed the stay. It was clean with amenities, Dove soap and shampoo, conditioner. I will stay again
The place itself is fine. I personally felt fine there but the outside seems a little sketchy.
I was honestly surprised by this suite, for this price I wasnt sure what to expect. The room was really clean, had a old room smell to it but I think its just the age of the building honestly. The staff was really nice and welcoming.
The only two
Bed bugs, expired snacks in mini store, stains on furniture, front desk close at 5 after 5 you have to use your keycard to get in and it malfunctions and lock you out.
Honestly not a bad place to stay for the price!
The staff are pretty nice and have a truthful/human vibe to them. As for the hotel itself, I understand that this location has recently been bought/renovations have been underway. What they've done so far has been pretty decent. I have a feeling the place was in pretty poor shape before the renovation, so the progress they've made already has probably been more substantial than it may currently look. If they keep it up, I would imagine the quality/ratings will climb!
Would I stay there again? Yeah. Probably.
I'd say there's two things however that could be done to boost my own personal rating. One is practical, the other is probably a little more of a personal recommendation.
Firstly, the front sliding door...please get the interior one
serviced. It's not fun to get locked out and have to call the emergency after-hours service number. I understand funds may be rough, but a working door?...That *is* kinda important.
The second thing, is the overall vibe of the hotel. Right now? It's fairly clean and the in-room perks/features are nice, which is great and should absolutely take priority! However, the current feel of things is a bit clinical.
In other words, it feels more like an office building than it does a cozy stay. Perhaps when the essential renovations are complete, focus could shift towards making the atmosphere a little less sterile. But again, that's simply my opinion! At that price point, I can't complain much!
Great atea
Very good place and the staff was very nice
It was further than I thought from expo square but the room was great, clean with basic kitchen amenities and a full fridge
