房間清潔，管理層、大堂職員服務態度要改善的酒店
Pros:

這是一間管理人員文化水平非常低的酒店，大堂職員互相推卸責任，靠基層員工的清潔服務是唯一稍稍令人滿意的酒店。
一入酒店，就聽見管理層在高聲叱咤員工，員工的不滿又亂向基層、客人投射，負能量爆燈。入住的房間門鎖本來就壞，大堂職員為圖自己方便也派給了我們，幾經波折也開不到門，要求換房。職員只會告訴你「我們沒有房」「要是不滿，我可以全數退款，你們找其他地方住」（已是晚上11時了）「給你們換房，我要寫報告，負責的」。房間懷疑漏水，要求提供多幾條毛巾備用，「我們沒有，毛巾都是配給的」。訂房時註明含早餐，但職員會不查看就告訴你「我們酒店在網上訂房是從不含早餐」。態度之惡劣，令人側目。
唯一要讚的是基層清職員（清潔和晚上的房管），由始至終態度良好。
這次住宿經驗彷似回到蠻荒時代，完全是意料之外。
