This hotel is luxurious and the service is outstanding specially at the restaurants and bars. They went beyond to make you feel special. The service and the ambience exceeded my expectations. However, I would point out that the concierge front desk was not friendly, not helpful, not knowledgeable and had cold attitude.

Everything was excellent and exceeded expectations. The only wrong thing i can point out is that the concierge staff is slow, not friendly and not knowledgeable, they had a cold attitude.

We stayed overnight as we transited thru Mumbai. The airport-hotel transfers/ride was very professional - they were on time, very polite, the vehicle was in excellent condition - pre-cooled, water bottles and sanitizer wipes readily accessible. We got a beautiful room on the 10th floor. Bellhop service was spot-on and quick. We would definitely come back.

Only downside is the access road to the hotel is congested with traffic related to the airport. We wished there was a safe walkway from the airport to the hotel - we would have gladly used it.

El hotel en términos generales da buen servicio , sin embargo , la parte de la comida no hay opciones para quienes no le gusta la comida picante , las llaves de la habitación se desconfiguraron 4 veces en mi estadía de cinco días , el inglés del personal no es muy bueno por lo que se hace un poco complicado la comunicación

This is brand new property 5 minutes from Mumbai T2. Very convenient, large rooms. The WC and shower are separate. Convenient for some and not for some. The WC lacks a clothes hook behind the door; not convenient; especially if you’re sharing a room. No exhaust fan in the WC. The breakfast spread is amazing. Room service is a major issue. It was my first time at the hotel. Nobody answers the room service phone. Maybe they prefer guest to order from the in room TV, but I am not familiar with that. Nobody answered room service so had to dial the royal service number and order food from there. When i informed the front desk about it at check out; they informed me that I should always dial 0. What’s the point of having a room service speed dial on the room phone. Otherwise; the hotel is nice, rooms are good. Vikas of in room dining and Wajid at breakfast really took good care of me.

We arrived at hotel early morning and staff at security gate was not supportive to hellping to take our bags to receptions .

Due to very steep ramp and block work on floor it was very painful experience .

隣の部屋がとてもうるさく、コネクティング可能な部屋だったせいか防音も弱かったです。　独立記念日ということもあるため苦情はもうしませんでした。　係の方も察して対応のような振る舞いはされない文化圏と思いますので我慢しました。　それ以外は空港から近く便利であり、とても良いホテルと思います。

Top quality rooms and service. As of August 2025 the hotel seems to be in a soft opening phase, but it's absolutely luxurious.

Luxurious property next to the airport, but access could be difficult

This hotel works very slowly. It took over 40 minutes to get my meal at both the restaurant and the tea store. They served each of us at different times so we couldn’t eat together.

The restaurant only had about 3 tables occupied as well and the tea store none. Very limited options if you have gluten intolerance which is surprising since Mumbai has many cafes that offer gluten free, vegan options.

The gym trainer wasn’t very helpful either. Not sure what the purpose of having a trainer is.

The bathroom door of the hotel is not very safe. It slammed my hand when trying to pull the door out.

I understand all staff are trying their best. With that, I feel it is not the staff but the management team that needs more training to better guide their staff and operate the different areas. The management team needs to be more aware of what is going on and take over customer service when needed.
