前に泊まった人の忘れ物がそのままでした（服、お菓子）
キッチン用具がカビ臭かったが
IHコンロの使い方が分からず何度も質問してしまいましたがとても親切に根気よく対応してもらえました
タオルは新しく気持ちがよかったし全体的に清潔で快適でした
スタッフの方々は皆親切でよかったです

Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. You need what's app to communicate with host Other than this hick up we loved the stay and room and I would stay here again. The fireworks from the room was wow!!!!

Beautiful apartment! I had a wonderful stay at Luna Sol Apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Nhun. She was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Her warm and friendly attitude really made a difference. Highly recommend this place — and special thanks to Nhun for her amazing hospitality!

Pros:

Great choice if staying in sunset town as close to lots of restaurants and main sights.
Apartment a good size with eveything you need, it is about 300m away from where google maps says it is, it is called the sky hillside residence. Fabulous rooftop pool, good gym and as everyone else has said a perfect birds eye view of the fireworks and water show. Great to sit on your balcony and watch this. The washing machine is also a nice touch. The person who runs it is really helpful with anything you contact her with.

Was a little bit hard to find when we first arrived as Google Maps had it in a different tower, but after a quick text to the contact on Expedia they came over and picked us up showing us where to go. (The free airport pickup to hotel was a nice plus as well) The location is excellent and right across the street is a scooter rental which is very affordable - along with multiple 24-hour grocery stores a short walk away. The building is on top of the hill away from the hustle of the motor scooters and loud music closer to downtown so its very nice. The room is spacious and very clean when we arrived, and it had an excellent balcony to watch over the multiple different performances that went on in the afternoon and night (fireworks, kiss of the sea, water shows, and more)
