Waschmaschine inkludiert Waschpulver und Trockner, dies war sehr praktisch, zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe, Flughafen und alle Attraktionen in Tokio gut erreichbar

Sehr gut vom Flughafen erreichbar, auch sehr gut Richtung Downtown, toller Ausblick auf die Bucht, viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe, nicht nur im eigenen Gebäude, sondern auch auf der anderen Straßenseite

在寸土寸金的東京，房間大到不可思議，浴室也是，沒有壓迫感，讓人感到舒適。
交通也是方便的，雖然遠離主要鬧區涉谷、銀座等地但搭車前往也是方便的。

値段の割に部屋は狭く、ミネラルウォーターなどアメニティも部屋にはほぼ無い。一階のカフェや二階のフロント周りは美しく快適だが、客室は以前の第一ホテルからの表面的なリノベーションのみのため、新しいホテルとは全く感じられない。
フロントスタッフも丁寧ではあるが、手が遅く、チェックイン、チェックアウトに時間を要した。

特に不自由を感じる事は無かったのですが、オペレーションやサービスが簡素化いる割には、料金が高いと感じました。簡素化されるのであれば、料金も見合ったものにすべきと考えます。
