The overall experience at this hotel did not meet five-star standards. The food quality was below expectations, and lunch service was delayed by over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the male reception staff were neither welcoming nor professional. We were also overcharged by 30%, despite booking through Expedia—and our check-in was delayed. It was clear that guests booking through third-party platforms like Expedia were treated differently, even though we ended up paying more than the standard rate.

While the facilities and rooms were decent, the poor customer service, unjustified overcharges, and subpar dining experience made the stay disappointing. This hotel lacks value for money, and I would not recommend it unless major improvements are made in service and guest relations.
