Pros:

The location of the property is close to the main Leh market.
There is no elevator here and that is a big negative factor.
The bathroom has hot water but you have to let the water on for a while believe getting the hot water.
Bathrooms are not clean and even the furnace in the room.
kuljeet is great and always smiling.

Pros:

The stay at this property was excellent. Right from the reception to room service to the restaurant service and the ambiance around was outstanding. A special word for the Reception Manager Mr Kuljeet - he was very helpful and ready to assist in every question you had. He made my stay very comfortable. Mr Namgayal the owner is a very pleasant person and a great host. The boy in the restaurant Mr Raj was also wonderful and made sure every request was attended to. Overall, a great place and wonderful stay and experience. Thanks

Pros:

There was no proper in house facilities like for hot water you have to wait 20minutes everytime when you wanna shower. No proper internet. No resources for ordering in restaurant, always items not available. Things i like is good morning buffet, they try to make it better. But overall i won't recommend.

Pros:

We had a great stay, the staff were lovely - very supportive. They prepared us early breakfast when we went out to cycle. Great location, beautiful garden/terrace with views over mountain. Lovely!

Pros:

Stayed at the Namgyal on two occasions during our visit to Leh. On both occasions service was excellent, with both staff and Manager being really helpful and considerate. Would definitely recommend Hotel Namgyal to family and friends

The Hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were extremely helpful. The Manager went out of his way with hints and tips for visits and also made sure our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend The Namgyal to family and friends.
