booked the hotel for one night with my adult children while in town for a wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and updated and had every amenity to make our stay wonderful. My kids were really impressed with the gym and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had. I would absolutely stay here again. I do want to add that they do not have a parking structure and it's street parking only unless you pay for valet service, but definately Not a deal breaker.

Friendly staff, the property was pretty clean.
I wish they have a little more variety at breakfast; although I really enjoy the feta spinach pastry.

They were doing some construction, therefore the pool area was close so we couldn't used it, but everything else was fine.

Lots of dining options around the area with in a walkable distance.

Hotel is nice but its a pain to only have to valet park your car for 29 a night. The self parking is the residential neighborhood streets. The valet attendants tell you its unsafe to park on the streets. There is no other parking except a garage a few blocks away. A crime was committed across the street when we stayed there and the street was closed for over 8 hours so believe them when they say its not safe to park on the streets.

Our room was amazing! Check in though we were over an hour early was smooth and our room was ready! The staff was very knowledgeable upon us asking questions. They made us feel at home and at ease. If I had a complaint it would be; making sure on your booking sites it states no parking and if you need parking you have pay valet or public parking fees. We had to park a block away and walk with our luggage.

Good food

The hotel was excellent, the only thing that was not perfect was the pool being under construction, but this was known before I made my reservation. When in the Riverside area, I will likely stay here again.

No swimming pool. Breakfast poor with poor food and served cold. Had to to request toilet tissue snd facial tissue numerous times.

Everything is was amazing staff was pleasant and very helpful. They helped me load and unload my car with my 2 kids under 2. They were very attentive to details and the room was spot on wonderful

The Food Lab is within walking distance from this hotel and it is a great option for the whole family, we were able to have something different every night. Unfortunately, we stayed before the hotel garage and pool were complete, but we were able to find street parking most of the time for free. The rooms were great and it will be a nice place to stay when they complete everything.

Overall this hotel is awesome and will be better once the pool is complete. I felt that the price was a little high considering the amenities are not complete.

This is a new hotel that will be nice once it is finished. However, it is not finished yet. My family did not have access to the pool or laundry facilities, which was frustrating since those two items were part of why we chose this hotel to begin with. Make sure you call the front desk and double check whether or not these things are available before you book a room there if you are planning to swim or do laundry as part of a larger trip.
