Ramada By Wyndham Kenner/New Orleans Airport South

The cleanest and least sketchy motel I have stayed in for as long as I remember. Staff was extremely polite, both reception staff and housekeeping.

There was no refrigerator or closets to hang clothes and we weren’t told at check in, breakfast was quite a distance away hotel is in the process of renovation according to receptionist, some furniture were broken, other than that AC was very quiet and condition of room and bed excellent

The rooms themselves are actually pretty nice. The decision to not have any carpeting from a business stand point I understand, easier to care for. However, it can potentially open themselves up to litigation is somebody slips and falls after getting out of the shower.
The hotels is in a disgusting area, very unsafe. There are no restaurants within walking distance so eat before you get there, or you'll have to drive back into the heart of Kenner. They have a small food market in the lobby, but unless you like frozen meals, microwave personal pizzas (which you have heat in the lobby as your rooms do not have microwaves so imagine carrying a newly microwaved pizza back to your room) chips, candy and soda. That's it, that's all you got for food options.
I really did like they offered airport parking for a significanly reduced rate. I was apprehensive when he told me as again, the hotel does not sit in a nice area. But the bulk of their parking is behind a gate, only accesible with a room key so I opted in and found my car in the same condition I left it in. That's a big plus for this place.

Had a water leak in room never came to clean it up

Great for quick trips into NOLA as it's very close to the airport. With that, you barely notice the incoming or outgoing flights. If you always run behind and think " We still have to turn in the rental?" , well, your right across the street from the rental return.
Place was very nice for being an older property. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Room 207 had a terrible smell, like an animal had urinated in the room. Let the front desk know, and we were moved to another room straight away.
Newly renovated, updated rooms, but there is a terrible condensation problem, making the floors extremely wet and slippery. The air conditioning unit only had hot or cold to select. So I’m predicting there will be a mild problem in the future.The airport shuttle was a big plus, leaving on the hour, 24 hours a day.

Don’t waste your time.

The property was nice, the room was super clean and very spacious the bed was awesome. The hot water took long to turn on but other than that the stay was great. There are no restaurants nearby.. you must uber to places. The staff was very kind and informative and they served breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport!

The front desk attendant was incredibly helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Excellent service, I enjoyed my stay with my two kids. I felt safe. The rooms have been remodeled. Staff are great. Free shuttle to/from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will be booking with them if I go to New Orleans again. They will also have a shower cap, mouth wash if you need one too

Clean, good customer service, right across from the airport (car rental return). Very good place to stay.
