Entre habitaciones lo que divide es la tablaroca y eso no es muy cómodo ya que se escucha lo que pasa en el otro lado y pasillos.

La chica de recepción de la noche tiene un excelente trato al huésped; pero su compañero de recepción, ese chico se portó grosero y "poco" amable para no decir que nada. Fuera de ese detalle, todo estuvo muy bien

Staff was accommodating in all respects. My daughter has diet restrictions, and they were able to make changes for her. We will stay there again the next time we go to Aguascalientes. The bar and restaurant on the roof terrace were very pleasant. The hotel should advertise it more; we found out about it by accident. What a great experience.

Overall hotel is pretty.
What I did not like was lukewarm shower .
I was cold taking showers because the water was not warm enough. The shower head water pressure & volume were low.

Its a nuce cute hotel. The staff are super friendly. Theres rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city. Even tho i wasn't drinking i had fun. The breakfast was great. Very clean place

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very polite.
English is somewhat limited, then again, all things considered, you are in Mexico.
The staff is obsessive with cleanliness, a good thing.

And, I would like to acknowledge Diego, he made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent place. I highly recommend this property. It’s a small, very cute, modern and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its located at the heart of downtown, so everything is walking distance, and very safe to walk around. They also provide delicious breakfast and Wifi. Terrace with a view
