Clean room. Helpful friendly staff. Convenient location.
The hotel was clean the rooms were bigger than we expected. Everything was great. The staff were delightful and helped us find sites to vist and good shopping
Yes the room was very nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and courteous.
This place gets a 3 only because it was new. My guess is that it will become run down within the year. The front desk staff was friendly, but they were never available! Myself and other guests had to wait several minutes as no one ever seemed to be manning the front desk. The elevator was sooooo slow, taking the stairs would take 1/2 the time.
I was shocked to learn that cleaning was offered for a FEE! I was staying for only a week, but others were staying for much longer. That’s egregious, and a clear clue that maintenance is not a priority.
The sheets were microfiber and so thin, they were see through. The bath towels felt like sand paper and were about as big as a hand towel. The mattress was hard as a rock. Forget about sleeping or working in your room, the place was so noisy and the walls as thin as paper.
I was locked out of my room prior to check out time as I was trying to load my things in my car. I waited for several minutes for the front desk person to appear and told her that I was locked out. Her response was, “That’s because check out is 11:00 AM.” My reply? “It’s 11:01 on your clock, and I stood here for 10 minutes. So it wasn’t check out time when I got locked out.” Then she acted like she was doing me a favor. I’d have been out of my room prior to 11 AM had I not been locked out, had to catch the slowest elevator on the planet, and waited for 10 minutes for the front desk staff to appear. I won’t stay here again.
Room was very good but considering it’s new there wasn’t any shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Room was cold and nice, big tv but the bed was very high and the mattress was not soft whatsoever. Good stay for 1 night but definitely not worth $200.
I stayed in a one bedroom King suite. The entire property is new and very clean and the staff was AMAZING and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not as great. The AC in the main living area was cold and worked well. The AC in the bedroom, even set as low as it would go, never cooled the room below 78 degrees. The pillows, even stacked 2-3 high were too soft and thin and the bed was not comfortable. The couch would be better suited in a waiting area. It was hard and uncomfortable. There were no pillows. The STAFF was the highlight of this stay and they were helpful, and clearly excited to be working at this new and beautiful property.
