Pros:

Room was windowless, dark, damp and dingy. No air circulation whatsoever. Due to this, towels and bedding didn't feel clean when they might have been.
Breakfast, if added, was basic and served in a hotel next door. I had it once and decided to get breakfast elsewhere.

WEBSITE- misleading photos and not clear

Breakfast- not in the hotel, you have to go to different hotel- very poor service- waiting for refills,

Hotel Staff very helpful , we salute them excellent response

The room was spotless, the staff were very welcoming, the air conditioning and the lift were a welcome treat. The amenities were very thoughtful. The only things that surprised me was that the room had no windows and the wifi did not work. The location was excellent, a very walkable area.
