万博目的で3泊しました。
車移動だったので、万博会場へのアクセス性、高速入口の近くであること、安価であることが条件でしたので、合致しました。建物は新しく設備も綺麗でした。最寄りにはローソンだけですので、必要なものは準備して行く方がいいです。

見晴らしは、最高でした。部屋もとても綺麗でした。夜に家族が寝てる。横で一部の場所だけ暗くできたら最高だと思います。ベッド側のランプがつまみ1つで調整できればよかった。
使用したコップは清掃のタイミングで新しいものに取り替えて欲しかった。

万博へ行くため宿泊しました。
目の前からシャトル船が出ており西ゲートからの優先入場券も付いていたので12時入場より早く11時15分頃には入場できました！
とても新しいホテルで快適に過ごせました。
朝食も美味しかったです。

部屋・施設は綺麗。
朝食ビュッフェは、値段の割には少し品数が少なく物足りない。今後に期待。

致命的に残念だったのは、2点。

・駐車場:有料はいいが、滞在中1回あたりの料金が高く、また滞在中一度出かけるとまた駐車場料金がかかる。チェックイン後、遊びに出かけるときに1500円、戻ってきて少しゆっくりして、夕食に出かけるときに1500円、宿泊してチェックアウト時に1800円。へめて、1泊滞在中の出入りは許容してほしい。
・チェックイン時、部屋に案内されるも、明らかに予約と違う部屋。フロントに問い合わせると案内した部屋の誤りとのことで、違う部屋に案内される。入室すると、やはり予約も違うので、再度問い合わせ。そこからかなり待たされて、最終的には予約通りの部屋に入室。2度目の案内の際には、明確な謝罪なし。

大阪万博に向かう万博シャトルが出港する堺旧港の目の前のホテルで、２階から港に直結していて、利便性が最高。万博の西ゲートから優先して入れるので非常にお勧め。堺駅からも離れていない。ホテルのスタッフの対応もよく、忘れ物をしてしまった際の対応も完璧で、大変助かった。
連泊した際に、希望者以外はベットメイキングやタオルの取り替えはしないということで、環境に配慮されていて良いと思ったが、実際にはベットメイキングや補充がされていて、その点だけ過剰サービスと思った。
