Big room nice staff very bad traffic and super noisy

We liked the hotel as well as the staff.Staff was so polite and humble.Very good service of all departments.Kitchen and Dining experience was very good ,good food.Housekeeping staff was very good in supplying all basic necessities in the room.A special thanks to EL SHAHAT at the main reception area.He is a wonderful and amazing person and was very good and hardworking man.His way of talking and making things easy for the customers and always talking with a happy mood with a smile on his face makes him a great man.Special thanks to him for making our stay wonderful.We also thanks all staff working in all areas for their contribution and hospitality.We would recommend your hotel to our friends and All the best to you.

I visited in may 2025 as a couple and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, food is delicious, good customer service, tight security, i loved how quiet the place is and they have the transportation to help out moving from one place to the other with an affordable price. It's also very close to the airport, about 13 minutes drive recommend this hotel 101 %❤️❤️

Hervorragendes Hotel, wunderschöne Zimmer und alles ist blitzblank sauber. Personal ist zuvorkommend, sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel macht einen extrem gut organisierten Eindruck. Frühstück ist super, auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf ganz Dubai und den Burj Khalifa. Die Lage ist top, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit der Metro erreichbar, die klimatisierte Metrostation ist quasi direkt vor der Tür (1 Minute Fußweg). Im Hotel befindet sich auch ein Veranstalter für Wüsten-Touren, das kann ich auch sehr empfehlen. Ein wirklich super Hotel!

Wheelchair ramp at front of hotel far too steep to use and caused injury.
Very little allergy awareness ampngst staff, speak to a supervisor or chef for help. With a severe nut allergy I have to be careful.
Be aware that the evening buffet menu is now a limited set menu.
Hotel is immaculately clean and the roof top pool is great.
The member of staff who stood out to us was the lifeguard he was straight away giving you towels and accomodating patrons with music requests and constantly cleaning and ensuring you had what you need.

Good location near metro.

I didn't like there are not valet parking

Overall the hotel and room was very nice. The front staff were very nice spoke good English and were always incredibly helpful. The only down fall was the service for breakfast and dinner. Dinner was included and was very good. The breakfast was ok but again the service was about 2 out of 5. Had to ask and wait to much. I would also say if you want to have an alcohol beverage in the evening stay closer to downtown not here. Arab owned so no pork or alcohol which I respect their cultural beliefs and understand. If you just looking for a cheap but very nice place to stay close to airport I recommend. Cost of taxi to hotel about $7 with tip.

Next to the railway. Next to a busy intersection where everyone beeps horns all night.

Great hotel in the The area is located. It’s a very convenient. I was not expecting the service and environment. It’s above and beyond.

The staff was phenomenal, Sadil and the house keeping manager and team was tremendous in arranging our Valentine Day celebration.

I don’t know who posted 9.6 excellence review on Expedia site for this hotel! This is many things but not a hotel. Heavy sewerage smell from top to down! Impossible to sleep , everything stink around , absolutely no sound isolation: windows or wall, everything providing extremely loud noise from outside ( middle of highway), and inside ( very loud residents!) . Food on breakfast area I don’t touched , no need stomach issues . Because customers here sneezing and coughing, as same as stuff . But menu look very poor.
But worse of everything is this terrible odor in each room ( I changed 2!) .
