Property located in bad neighbourhood. Nothing around the motel.

$15 dollars to check in early didnt impress..
No glass or cup in room.Coffee machine in room but no pods.

Incredibly dirty. Lack of service.

Everything was dirty. We had hair in our bed, asked for new sheets/blankets and were told they didn’t think there were any more but they’d look into it and get back to us. 45 mins later we went back down and the staff were outside smoking, came in when they saw us only to say there was nothing. Their comment to us was that the blankets weren’t dirty, just ‘permanently stained’. We did eventually get a few sheets so we had something, but no blanket. Prior guests food was left in our fridge. Bathroom towel was left damp on the rack. If we didn’t arrive around midnight and have to be up and on the road at 7am we definitely would have walked out and found somewhere else to go. I’ve since emailed out complaints and have yet to have any response. Oh and they didn’t have room keys so the staff had to let you in your room.

I’ve been attempting to contact the property manager for over a week. This hotel is nothing shy of a scam. The photos presented through all advertising companies are completely false and inaccurate.
We had bugs, dirt and mold all over our room. Live wires hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the walls (photos to prove). Terrible smoke and feces odour filled the entire hotel. There is absolutely no way this hotel would pass a proper inspection nor is it sanitary enough to feel safe stepping inside.
We could not possibly stay there. We were told our concerns were relevant and a refund would be in order. That promise has been ignored.
The hotel is claiming Expedia is scamming them and its customers, but this hotel will not return calls or emails.
DO NOT GO HERE! Trust me.

Regardless of how many nights, rooms should be cleaned daily. Soap, shampoo and clean towels should be supplied daily. The television should work. And all staff should be courteous. None of these were the norm!

Horrible location. Very bad MANAGEMENT.

The bed was full of blood stains, dirty hair, sheets that don’t even fit the bed.

The staff there do not care. Do not fall for this place.

Limited parking as uhaul trucks take up to many spots. Room was very basic no chairs, microwave and mini fridge did work. Had to ask front desk for a remote for the tv as the one in the room didn't work. Like the laminate flooring over carpet. Keyless entry into room via a key pad.
Very very basic over all. Id stay there again but not a place to take wife or family

Literally everything was dilapidated almost to a comical degree. Toilets didn't flush, phones didn't work, wardrobes stank. The worst part was instead of a key card they gave you a 10 digit code to enter on the keypad of the door which was super unresponsive and just didn't work at all.

There was someone else’s blood on the pillow. The floors under the bed were disgusting. The lock on the door didn’t function properly. We decided not to stay for the night. Complete waste of money.

Expedia is the king of scams when it comes to this property - they are promoting a hotel that doesn’t even come close to what it promises, and if you try to get a refund they will deny it no matter what evidence you have. Stay away from this hotel, and stay away from Expedia!

The sheets were a little dirty; no towels in the room (had to ask); the floors were dirty and made my socks/feet dirty, the door was unlocked when I first got in, and the towels later given to us later had stains on them.

Book it by accident and try to get the refund right away but didn’t get the refund. Have to pay money without get to stay

No toilet paper in washrooms plus wall was peeling and room was not clean

Our room was absolutely horrendous. There was feces left all over the toilet (NOT OURS!), Hair all over the bathroom and shower wall and bath tub, blood in the sink, hair from previous customers in BOTH beds (hair was black we are redheads) The room advertised had a jacuzzi tub, we were provided a regular tub with a shower that barely worked. Parking lot was filled with U-Haul trucks because they also rent out Uhauls therefore there was absolutely no parking left for customers, there was drug addicts hanging outside of the hotel, garbage bins were spewing of garbage. We requested that the staff clean our rooms, we gave them the entire day, came back to NOTHING cleaned, we requested again for staff to clean our rooms and was told no. Tried to get refund with refusal, so we stayed as we had no where else to go. We will NEVER rent here again.
