Pros:

If you're a woman/ women, don't stay here. We had to leave immediately after seeing the room with roaches. Staff was amazing and understanding but it is not for women. When we left we were told it was an unsafe neighborhood from a local.

Pros:

While a budget hotel, there are bugs in the rooms even though there's no food. Same bugs in the hallway and in front of the hotel are disposal bins that often overflow, rats can be seen scurrying about the bins.

A bit of comfort away from the city center
Pros:

A bit far away from the city center and the parking lot was under construction which made every Uber ride pick up inconvenient (specially the last one which we had to run to the middle of the road to load our bags in). Staff was friendly. Rooms had the basic amenities of a studio: a small table top stove, small fridge, a spacious wardrobe. No cleaning service was provided and we had to clean the apartment on the last day so we wouldn't be charged a cleaning fee. Other than that, it was relatively well-connected (20 min walk to a RER E line station). Just make sure to be back before 22:30h to avoid any inconvenient train cancellations which would make going back to the hotel much more complicated (by public transportation, I mean). Wifi was good.
