This new hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and cozy. The onsen has a lovely view. Restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed. Staff are friendly, helpful, and provide service that was above & beyond. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

1.電話がタブレットのみ。

2.外国人スタッフが多いので、一生懸命やってくれているが。
やや意思疎通&ホスピタリティ－が微妙。

3.ベッドベッドのライトが就寝時に消えない。
困る。全部の部屋の入り口すぐの差し込み口のルームカギを一旦はずさないと消えないのは、どうか？

4.あとは皆さん、スタッフは、
グランディスタイルホテルリゾート旧軽井沢らしく頑張っている。

オ－プンしてわずかなので、非常に期待しているだけに、ホテルクオリティ、サ－ビスクオリティの
より一層の向上に期待します。

入館してホテルオリジナルのウッディーな香りに包まれる。部屋は広々としていて過ごしやすい。ラウンジでスパークリングなどがフリーフロー、ちょい飲みにありがたい。温泉は空いていて温まった体をデッキに出てマイナスイオンで整える。日常ではできない素晴らしい体験ができる。

充分過ぎる部屋の広さにゆったりと過ごせました。
ディナーに行く際のタクシー手配をお願いしたところ、空いていたスタッフの方が送ってくださいました。それだけでもありがたいのに、帰りはスタッフが足りないのでお迎えはできませんと申し訳なさそうに謝られ、スタッフの方々の暖かさを感じました。
またリ伺わせて頂きます。

部屋がとても広くてゆっくりくつろげました。貸出品に他のホテルにはあまりないような美容グッズやリラクゼーショングッズがあり、良かったです。換気が良くないのか大浴場周辺や客室前の廊下に調理場のにおいが届いていたのが少し残念でした。
