Pros:

This hotel is dirty inside and also dirty in mind of the Hotel Owner.
I am supposed to stay 7 nights and I paid the full amount of $160.
I am totally ready to enjoy my journeys in HCM City, however, a sudden message ruined my plan, absolutely out of my expectations. Because of this unexpected event, I have to cancel my continued journeys and check out five days earlier.
The Hotel Owner is very cunning, greedy and cold blooded. She insisted on refusing my requests of refunding the rest of the unused nights, saying that the Refund Rules are very strict, that is your own problem.
I certainly understand and obey the Refund Rules of every hotel, if nothing unhappy happened, I would stay until my plans finish. No trouble !
Law nothing but human feelings
That Hotel Owner got the new customer moving in soon after I moved out. Double income ! Disgusting !
