Terrible experience dealing with the hotel and the booking service. Would have liked someone to help us but nobody cares.

Overall it is a great property. It is very close to campus and to shopping and dining. It is VERY noisy. There constantly the sound of slamming doors and the floors, walls are thin. 😕

This was the best home2suites I’ve ever stayed in. It was super clean, had a great workout room and pool, and the breakfast was terrific. Even the coffee was nice and strong. Highly recommend. Great value and close to everything.

Very nice stay

Nice place to stay, but management is not very good. Not only my room, but several other rooms didn't have hairdryers. Hotel didn't even have a plunger. And my son was present when a customer came in to check in and the attendant on duty verified the registration, but said no rooms were available. Attendant would not fully credit the amount back, only 50%. Its a nice hotel, nice room, and covienent location, but management severely lacks. Given what I have experienced, I will not use this hotel again.

Very spacious room. New construction and clean room. Had many ammenities, like fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plate, fully stocked dishes and kitchenware. Did not use any of these as we spent just the night but will book again in the future. Great location to U of M. Arrived too late to use the pool.

Breakfast was the basic hotel breakfast but had a nice variety and good coffee and juice to fuel us for our busy day.

Only thing bad was the beautiful wallpaper in the bathroom was significantly ripped before arrived. Hope they fix it before more guests complain about it because the place really is nice.

The hotel did not provide the amenities that they advertise on their website. They did not have pots and pans for the rooms that work with the induction oven. I had to get towels everyday, we stayed for five days. The hallway had mushrooms growing in the carpet and the carpet was wet. They changed the prices to use the washer/dryers from $1.75 to $3.00, and they were down to one washer. Breakfast was limited, they didn't refill anything past 7:30AM, one day they ran out of bagels at 7:20AM and I was told they wouldn't be putting anymore out and breakfast was supposed to be served to 9AM. The beds were nice, the room was big enough for my family of 5.

Our stay was very enjoyable, definitely will be back.

Never book with Expedia again. We showed up at the hotel and they oversold rooms and neither the hotel or Expedia called us. We had no accomodations although we had a CONFIRMED reservation. Hotel blamed Expedia as they said they did not have my contact info. Expedia blamed hotel telling me they said the hotel tried to call me. We were stuck at midnight finding other accommodations and paying more than our confirmed booking. Expedia was unwilling to help and multiple attempts. NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN! I’ve tried to contact Expedia multiple times through multiple channels (chat, phone, email) and no one is willing to help me. They do not care about their customers and I will never use them again, everyone be cautioned who continues to use Expedia as they do not stand behind their service.

Very nice hotel. The room was perfect for my family of 5 as it gave us plenty of room with tge sofa bed in addition to the 2 queen beds. Hotel was quiet even though there were several teams of young children staying for football and hockey camps.

Every thing was perfect

Great place to stay. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the laundry room with machines that takes credit cards. We needed to do laundry and it was really hard getting quarters. But overall, everything was great. Staff was friendly and room was super clean.

The property is not ready to house customers. When I arrived at 3 PM, I was told my 2 rooms were not ready. I decided to go foe an early dinner and came back at 5:30 PM. It was still not ready. Construction workers were finishing up the room.

Rooms are brand new but they are not ready for business.
