Cons:

We hadden een kamer geboekt waar het volgens Booking een extra bed geplaatst kon worden. Bij aankomst bleek anders en moesten we extra betalen voor een andere kamer én het extra bed. Ook een achtergebleven swimshort bleek er niet te liggen. Jammer. Kamers zijn erg gehorig.

Pros:

The hotel was nice, modern well equipped. The pool is super clean and with all the facilities. The breackfast served include several healty options and is very rich, both salthy and sweet. The spa is amazing but I want to give a special mention to the gym: is the first hotel in Jakart with a real equipped gym with leg press, leg extentions and leg curl machines. Great.
I appreciated the local bar and the option buy a coffe and have a free pastry.
They organized also many activities for kids, so, super recommanded if you travel with childen.
