For a 4-star hotel, I was really disappointed. There was a constant sewage smell throughout my stay, particularly strong in the mornings and coming from the toilet area. The bathroom layout was also quite uncomfortable — the toilet and sink are positioned so close together that you have to be careful not to bump your head.
While the staff were friendly enough, the overall experience fell short of expectations, and I won’t be returning. I enjoyed a fine breakfast each morning at a different hotel a few yards down the street where the overall quality were miles better for the same price that this hotel had to offer
On a positive note, the location is good if you want to explore Budapest, but unfortunately, that was the only redeeming aspect of my stay.
On other trip to Budapest that’s for sure that I will choose this same hotel to stay.
All staff very supportive and helpful, reception and all the areas of the hotel very clean, housekeeping service amazing.
The breakfast service was good with variety and the staff was fantastic and always happy to support if something was missing.
Definitely a place to return and to suggest to my friends.

The hotel is brand new and its location is excellent for walking around Budapest. 74 bus for Thermal Baths is within 20 metres of the entrance. Breakfast was good, with plenty of self-service options. Standard room was very clean, with good facilities and perhaps a little on the small side if you have lots of luggage. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, we'd definitely choose to stay here again.
