Os funcionários foram educados e atenderam bem, então a única estrela que dei é referente a isso. O hotel em si é terrível, um verdadeira noite de terror. Barulho extremo, com várias coisas quebradas e sujo demais. Se você quer uma noite assustadora recomendo!

Pros:

Razoável. Os lençóis estavam rasgados e as toalhas manchadas. Tivemos que usar os que levamos para utilizar em outro momento. As fronhas estavam desagradáveis. Não recomento manter seu convênio com este hotel.

Pros:

Local péssimo! Totalmente sujo, sem café, sem roupa de cama, banheiro entupido. De cara já tinha baratas na garagem, no quarto o lençol amarelado, sem fronha, sem toalha, sem sabonete. Cheio de mosquito da dengue.
Não foi possivel tomar banho devido a sujera.
Não tomamos café pq era ali mesmo num puxadinho da garagem e tava tudo sujo, a jarra de suco tava cheia de limo. O vaso sanitário estava entupido e não tinha ninguém para avisar.
