Pros:

Please do not book & save yourself major headaches. No such hotel exists.
After a driving through terrible traffic jam, our taxi driver dropped us off at the address, but we were looking at a restaurant, not Ezity Central Hotel. Frantically asked staffs that address & walk back & forth to other business buildings around it, yet no one know of Ezity Central.
We had to plead with a local to call the hotel number provided on our booking confirmation for us since we just arrived & didn’t have phone service. A lady (not from the hotel itself) answered & said she doesn’t know, doesn’t have any reservation under my name. We couldn’t contact a live person from Hotel.com to help & were left standing on the street curb under the hot sun, with 4 luggages, tired & utterly confused.
Ended up getting another taxi to take us, through more traffic jams, to another hotel that I knew has vacancies. Though much more expensive but we were too exhausted & didn’t care anymore, just wanted a room to lie down.
I won’t use Hotel.com for any more travel bookings.. will cancel the account.
