Pros:

Great experience, staff was very helpful, room was very nice, breakfast was good, fresh and on time. Not close to the metro, bus is easiest way into the downtown area. Only con was that our shower drain was very slow, everything else about this place was great.

Buen hotel en Parioli.
Pros:

Habitaciones grandes, cama grande y muy cómoda. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. Parece que está proceso de acabar las obras en algunas partes.

Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights with small children and the location was perfect. The rooms are brand new and clean. Perfect area to wind down after a busy day touring Rome. The staff was very helpful guiding us and recommending places nearby.

Okay but last night was a nightmare

So my stay here actually started off good however my AC stopped working and even though the lady at the front desk was really helpful the service people in that hotel could not fix the issue. I was then told they would have to move me to another hotel under their brand which was supposedly a 5 start hotel due to the Parioli being fully occupied. I was open to this because the room was extremely hot. To my horror I got to the 2nd hotel called La Griffe, and the AC was also not working in the room , an engineer had to come fiddle around before it worked. The room was so stufffy and musty, uncomfortable sheets, I was paranoid taking a shower in the bathroom!!! It was the worst and most uncomfortable night of my trip. The Parioli has potential but there is still a way to go. I am demanding a refund for at least one night of my stay as I had to stay in a hotel that I didn’t book due to air condition issues.

Piacevole soggiorno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ho passato una sola notte.
L'albergo ha aperto da poco, e infatti deve ancora essere finito (mancano i battiscopa, i copri valvole, non c'era la griglia per lo scarico della doccia, e qualche altro dettaglio qua e la). Quando entrerà pienamente a regime sono sicuro che sarà perfetto.
