Staff made our anniversary celebration a memorable experience. Upon booking staff reached out to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion and if they could assist in any way. They went above and beyond and even have complimentary transportation to and from the Tren Maya station.

Pros:

Es un hotel nuevo, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. El personales muy amable.
El restaurante tiene un menú variado, los platillos están bien preparados.
La alberca magnífica. Todo el espacio es excepcional.
Estuve en el hotel por descanso y con niños, todos nos divertimos mucho, además, está muy cerca de la zona arqueológica Edzna.
