Todo correcto
Desde que entramos a la habitación vimos que el piso estaba lleno de arena, los recipientes de acondicionador y jabón líquido totalmente vacíos y peor aún sin agua caliente. Lo comuniqué desde que llegué y después del tercer día no pudieron solucionarme lo del agua caliente en la habitación por falta de una llave que jamás encontraron. El desayuno supuestamente era buffet pero no fue así ya que el hotel no contaba con huéspedes suficientes para hacerlo y decidieron hacerlo a la carta, pero si pedías algo adicional te lo cobraban, súper insólito. En fin, deberían enfocarse mas en el servicio de las habitaciones que ya que tienen el potencial de ser un buen hotel en ves de estar pendiente en la fachada.
El personal de recepción y el desayuno súper amables y atentos, al igual que la chica de la piscina, lástima que el de la habitación no sea igual.
Ojo, el punto más grave después de la falta de agua caliente en la habitación es el menú nada variado que ofrece el único restaurante de la propiedad.

Tiene grandes oportunidades de mejora. Está ubicado en un lugar hermoso, buenas piscinas, pero falta tener más opciones de restaurant y mejoras las condiciones de las habitaciones.
Una sugerencia sería incluir un servicio de all inclusive.
Hotel is new and still under construction. Staff are the same , some not up to date on the latest . Nothing in the immediate area other than beach and only 2 restaurants, both a bit overpriced. Room and pools are great and during the week it’s real quiet. Nothing bad , stay was nice and relaxing
Amazing staff! Jennifer, Anna, and Adrián went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were excellent, and we loved having a little kitchen, it made it so easy to prepare lunch or dinner. There’s even a small deli by the parking lot for anything you might need. Thank you so much for everything!

El personal de recepción (específicamente una mujer que estaba el día 20 en el turno de mañana) fue muy poco amable, al igual que el personal del restaurante. El día que llegue me indicaron que el desayuno era a partir de las 7:00am así que bajé el día 20 a las 7:10 buscando café negro. Me vieron esperando afuera y nadie me dijo nada, me ignoraban. Cuando hablé con la persona de recepción me dijo que abrían 7:30 am pero que les pidiera el café. Lo pedí y me dijeron que esperara a las 7:30
