Every Springhill suites impresses me, but this one wowed me! From check in to check out, the service was outstanding. The girl at the front desk even came to my room to help me get my computer hooked to the Wi-Fi. That’s above and beyond service!! my son had so much fun on the waterslides and playing in the pool. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Although this property seemed really new and high quality, it wasn't really any better than an average hotel. The breakfast was limited and mediocre. My biggest complaint is the air conditioners in the rooms NEVER turn off. The front desk even mentioned it's like that in all the rooms, so it wasn't just ours. Some people like it quiet to sleep and staying for 3 days without being able to sleep made for a long week. The other issue was the shower had really low pressure. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious though. The kids would have loved the pool but we didn't bring them.
