Hotel muito novo, ao lado da Vila Germânica. Equipe muito solicita. Destaque especial para a senhora do café da manhã que se mostrou muito prestativa e gentil. Nos atendia com muita presteza e sempre amável com as pessoas!

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, foi uma ótima acolhida! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, opções de tortas, diversas frutas, variedade de pães, frios, sucos, cafés, etc. O hotel está de parabéns!

Só queria deixar uma sugestão: remover o bipe do elevador.

Pros:

As considerações são sobre o banheiro, pequeno, box mini e chuveiro elétrico ruim, não condiz com o valor cobrado pela diária. Estacionamento com vagas bem pequenas, e só tem um elevador pequeno para o hotel todo

Quarto muito pequeno, caixa do vazo sanitário com baixo fluxo de água, único elevador para atender todos os hóspedes, rampa da garagem inadequada para carros baixos.
Hotel em fase final de acabamento da construção.
Localização do Hotel boa e funcionários atenciosos .

A varanda do quarto estava com estoque do piso que seria colocado, somente um elevador causando uma demora absurda, fechadura do banheiro solta.

O hotel é bastante confortável e bem localizado, a uma quadra de distância da Vila Germânica onde acontece a Oktoberfest.

O atendimento foi excelente o tempo todo e o café da manhã é muito bem servido e gostoso.

O hotel parece novinho, é limpo e bonito.

O único contra é o quarto perto do elevador, que bipa pra tudo, se abre a porta bipa, se vai se mexer bipa, e da pra ouvir de dentro do quarto, tornando bastante incômodo quando se está dormindo.
