Very friendly welcome from all the staff. Was particularly impressed when hotel msnager arranged for a huge muffin and some biscuits on realising that it was my birthday.
Professional friendly staff, new hotel, centrally located , nice little apartment
Excellent
Awesome hotel to stay in Seapoint
Property is well maintained and clean. The area seemed to be very safe. Close to a Hop-on Hop-off bus stop (4 minute walk). Grocery store, pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to beach.
It very nice place to stay
The service was excellent, our first room the AC wasn’t working and we were quickly changed to another room everything was working perfectly
Hotel top, muito bem localizado, limpo e novo. Próximo a estação de trem do passeio das vinícolas.
Amazing staff! Room was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Amazing location, safe area. Totally recommend it!
The place was nice and clean.
Clean, comfortable & well positioned. Unfortunately breakfast was not included and the bed is only a double but worth what you pay.
Fresh & funky art-deco newness. Well appointed self-catered rooms that feels all new. However surprisingly the bed was creaky and sloppily springy so not the greatest of comfort there. Multiple construction across the roads in the area so if your'e a late sleeper this can be a rather big problem. Noise starts fairly early.
Hotel was generally nice and clean and great location however yhe location meant extremely noisy at night with windows not providing any sound proofing at all. Air Con only in main living area but this ended up being OK as the rooms were fairly cool.
I've been to Cape Town dozens of times. We happened to decide to stay here. The beach is superb. The views are great. Food good. Service very good. Not over-priced. Close to the airport. Perhaps the only down-side is that one is a bit far from Cape Town itself, but with access to a car (free parking) there should be no problem.
Newly remodeled and absolutely fabulous location, friendly staff, very clean, etc. The utmost highest regard and recommendation for anyone looking for an amazing place to stay while in Cape Town.
Great property super staff can be a bit noisy late night
The staff at this hotel were very nice, very helpful. Our two bedroom apartment with sea view had a tiny balcony that was big enough for two people to stand outside and enjoy the view.
The balcony did not have any chairs and was not big enough for any enjoyment except for occasionally walking out to get a bit of fresh air.
The living/dining room had a table with two chairs and two stools. If four people were to stay here the seating would not have been sufficient because the couch was a tiny chaise lounge only big enough for one large man to sit on and no one could lay down on it.
The kitchen was exceptionally staffed with everything you would need to make a meal and the even provided olive oil for cooking and salt and pepper shakers.
The room was painted aqua blue and pink and I found it very cheerful. The beds were quite comfortable and they had lovely duvets. The A/C worked great.
The only negative two things were there were no outlet plugs in the bathroom for styling your hair (both bathrooms) and there was no full length mirror in the apartment.
For the money, this apartment was in a safe area near the beach and manmade pool on the beach that was nice.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for safety, accessible to groceries and shopping and cleanliness.
Easy access and lots around me
Good
A new property with a plunge pool on the top floor.
Our apartment was small but adequate for our 6 night stay.
Ideally located for the beachside promenade, restaurants, cafes, shops and buses to the V&A waterfront or Camps Bay (be prepared for a 30 minute wait).
There is a lot of construction work going on in the area so dont expect a lie in after 7.30.
