Café da manhã tem pouca variedade. Cama boa, confortável, quarto muito pequeno, fica apertado entre as camas. Internert não nos ofereceram. Banheiro pequeno e só tem metade do box, fazendo que molhe o banheiro ao tomar banho. Funcionários educados. Mas demorou a fazer o check-in diz ser problema no sistema (somente para quem utiliza Expedia)

Quarto excelente , mobiliário novo , roupas de cama e toalhas novas de qualidade e limpas, ficamos 3 diárias , esqueceram de colocar cobertores, foi preciso pedir..... No dia a limpeza esqueceram de trocar toalha de rosto , repor sabonete e papel higiênico . Na recepção foi preciso eu informar que já está pago, no segundo dia a recepcionista veio perguntar se ia fazer o check kout ou estender a diária novamente tive que informá-la que eram 3 diarias, que já estavam pagas .

Demorou um pouco para liberar o quarto, mas depois deu tudo certo
O estacionamento é bem na rua do Santuário só atravessar já é o portão e o hotel fica a 1 quarteirão

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado, instalações novas.

Estão ainda meio perdidos com o sistema deles, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia.

Unico ponto negativo é o café da manhã, muito pouco lugares para sentar e demora para repor os itens.
