Great new property.

15:00過ぎに到着したものの「部屋の準備ができてなく、いつ準備できるかもわからない」と言われ、案内されたのは16:30でした。
こちらから申し出て、12:00にチェックアウトのところ13:00にしてもらいました。
ただ、翌日の12:00前に「チェックアウトは15:00で良い」との電話が部屋にありました。
13:00に出発する準備をしていたので、それならもっと早く伝えて欲しかったです。

プールは塩素の匂いが強すぎでした。
お部屋や朝食は素晴らしかったです。

Staff was great

ムルデカ118の上層階ということもあり客室からの眺望は期待を遥かに超える素晴らしさで、クアラルンプールの街並みを一望できます。周辺は現在も建設が進んでいる箇所がありますが、現時点でも十分に満足できる景色でした。

また、立地の良さも魅力です。セントラルマーケットやチャイナタウンといった主要観光スポットへも徒歩で行けるため、街歩きにも非常に便利です。再開発が進めば、さらに魅力的なエリアになるだろうと感じました。

As a new hotel that is not yet at capacity, the hospitality was a delight and something that I hope continues when hotel reaches full capacity.

There is something unique about being in your own little bubble above everything else that allows you to disconnect.

Staying at the Park Hyatt was a dream. Staff were courteous, efficient and would take the initiative when dealing with customers. My mom is 75yo and upon checking in, they ushered us into the park lounge before settling us at the restaurant while we waited for our room. I didn’t even have to ask. Service was impeccable.

When my aunt, uncle and my brother decided to join us for breakfast the next day, once again your team spared no expense in providing a memorable service to my extended family even though they weren’t staying at the hotel. It is indeed a guest experience like no other and I look forward to staying once again at the Park Hyatt when I’m back in KL.

Staff were wonderful/as soon as we got off from our Grab, they came out to welcome us throughout check in process. Room was clean and everything else in the rooms were clean. They did give us the room we booked for. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern and stylish this hotel is. My room was located on the 101st floor with breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers truly unforgettable. The rooms are beautifully designed, very sleek, and comfortable.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 99th floor are spectacular, offering a luxury experience with incredible views. Room service food was delicious and exceeded expectations.

What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. They are kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A very special thank you to Huda and Charlieni who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.

This is without a doubt one of the best luxury hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended! And can’t wait to return to it.
