My first fully digital experience. I was unaware at booking but had experienced Citizen M hotels where it was 90% digital, so I was not concerned.
Prior communication from the hello ironed out everything for check in and arriving went smoothly.
The room was stylish, had good storage and felt comfortable.
Great bathroom, lovely dreamy bed, and quiet.
Being there for 3 nights I did not need my bed made daily or bathroom cleaned. This would happen if I stayed a week from my understanding.

Brilliant place room was clean and safe. Location brilliant we would stay there again

I liked how the location was quiet from the business of the center. Reachable by transportation..the room was also very spacious. Great stay!

Alles digital, daher war die Kommunikation zu einfachsten Themen etwas kompliziert. Schlechte Luft und trockene Klimatisierung im gesamten Hotel. Frühstück außerhalb.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind sehr gross. Alles funktioniert bestens mit einem Zugangscode.

Clean Room , No staff on arrival, Checkin Frustration, Quiet, Comfortable, Well located otherwise

Overall the perfect hotel ..in the perfect location...in the perfect city of Valencia! We cant wait to visit again soon and wouldn't hesitate to book Numa Valencia once again

Love how central this place is. Very easy to access, once you get used to the pincode for everything, plus you can store your luggage in one of the lockers if you arrive in Valencia early or leave late!

The building is well designed and the room was perfectly comfortable. The problem we had was getting access. Without a reception desk you have to make sure your wifi is working all day while traveling, or you will not get the code for entry. Also, if your phone doesn't work in Europe, (ours didn't) you have to wait outside until another resident comes to help you. Once inside, all was well except the TV cable was unplugged. They came and fixed that.

It was in he city center. Room was quiet and clean. It was nearby grocery. Excellent

Fantastic location in the Historic Area. Check-in was super efficient and any requests we had were promptly fulfilled. The apartment is clean and modern, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Quality beddings and towels. Comfortable mattress and seating area. Uber and Taxi's readily available. Walkable to restaurants and food markets. We felt safe here both day and night. I only wish we'd had a kitchenette, but none was available. However, it all worked fine. I highly recommend Numa for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Valencia.

Modern, great location, good use of small space.

Numa Valencia La Xerea was a unique experience. We weren’t sure what to expect with the contact-less check-in and communication process but it was super efficient. I would say that’s while we appreciate the eco friendly approach it would have been nice to have housekeeping at least everything other to two days. Overall thank you for an unforgettable stay. We would definitely recommend this facility and Numa in general. We look forward to staying at other locations.

Perfekte Lage der Unterkunft, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem sauber und schön eingerichtet.Bequeme Betten :-)

I especially liked the location of the hotel, situated in one of the quaint alleys it was a nice surprise when we arrived. The self contained hotel was a bit of a surprise for me but once I figured it out it was great. Valencia is a beautiful city and if anyone is going this hotel is a nice scenic walk from the downtown hub.

The only set back is the breakfast as it is not up to the standards
