Pros:

This is a hotel with only a few rooms. it has a toboggan inside the room which our children loved. The breakfast is limited to egg sandwiches prepared by the lady who does it all. She is nice but does not speak english.
The pool was closed as it was autumn and cold.
The address is a bit complicated for taxis to find.
There is nothing around it on walking distance. Disney is about 10 minutes ride.
