Pros:

The hotel was fine. Staff was good. 26 min walk from Haram. The windows of the hotel are not sound proof, therefore, we were disturbed by the sound of vehicles.

Not worth the price I paid.
Staff very rude and not helpful at all. They have a trolley for the luggage but it seems like they don’t like to use it and they have it locked. I had 5 bag when I got to the hotel, taxi dropped us about 10 min away from the hotel as road was blocked for cars and when requested they refused to give the trolley we had to carry them ourselves and take them to the room. When leaving the hotel again we requested and they refused to help, asked them if we could borrow and returned after leaving the bags in the car and the answer was a rude NO.
Rooms are not worth the price. Bathroom had lots of mosquitos and rooms are very tiny and not very clean. No room service either. Some bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty.
Travel from the hotel to Haram is about 20-25 min could take about 40 as sometimes roads very very busy.
Overall not worth the price.

Pros:

It was not a quiet as expected. It was so noisy and the room was not clean at all. Also the service was terrible and no good communication.
