La limpieza en las áreas de entrada y la habitación es estupenda, las habitación radiante de limpieza y todo muy bien organizado e impecable. Staff del hotel son una maravilla de amables y dispuestos ayudarte en cualquier momento que tengas unas pregunta.Los recomiendo altamente,, por supuesto que será mi hotel favorito de ahora en adelante. 10 de 10,
El personal es maravilloso Carolyn, Maritza y Daniel son estupendos ,, no recuerdo el nombre de las otras personas que vinieron de turno pero igualmente amables Alex T

It is a motel not a hotel
It false advertisement no pool
No restaurant and the night club located below is so loud the room vibrates and they are blasting the music until 6AM!!!! Every night
They moved us twice the rooms had deficiencies no lighting the bathroom
Then adding insulation they tried to charge us for a damaged tv they tried to accuse us of vandalism.
This place is horrible it’s an overnight motel for a quicky not a place to come with family and wife like I did biggest mistake of my life.
Owners are borderline gangsters with the attitude to go with it especially the GM she especially has an attitude in the most negative way.
Do not stay there

The entire place was under renovation and it showed it

Too much noise from the club didn’t let us sleep.

This 1 night stay was amazing! Couldn't beat how kind and loving they are! Very polite and clean and also made sure we had the best experience ever.

Hotel Lovera; fue mi primera vez en visitarlo y sin duda alguna volveria a repetirlo; el servicio al cliente es 10/10 la chica del front desk (maritza) si bien no recuerdo es un amor y me dio todas las informaciones de mi estadia en el hotel, ella sabes hacer muy bien su trabajo. el cuarto es una maravilla 10/10. a todos mis que vallan de visita al pais se lo recomiendo sin duda alguna. Hotel lovera gracias por su buen servicio y espero volver a vernos pronto.

El hotel es nuevo y aun estaba en construcción, el servicio terrible, esperé más de media hora para que encuentren mi reservación, la página no se actualizaba.

Las personas no sabían cómo manejar la aplicación porque era una reserva internacional.
el servicio a la habitación es pésimo, la cocina es alejada de las habitacionesy la comida me llegó fría, no me dieron limón ni salsa picante, el teléfono no valía para poder llamar y avisar por teléfono a la recepción q el servicio no estaba completo

El baño esta mal construido y todo el agua de la ducha se sale al piso del baño y se sale del baño hacia la habitación. Casi me mato de un golpe por qué me resbalé, pedí que lo limpien y solo me dieron toallas para que ponga ahí en el piso y limpie el agua yo mismo que se había salido…terrible, básicamente no vuelvo nunca más

Se escucha la música de la discoteca en la habitación y eso es un problema.

No hot water what so ever was given the run around about it being fixed , checked out early and rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the music in your room til 7am.
