Imperial Inn by OYO Tazewell

The outside of the facility was dated, but when we went to our room we were wonderfully surprised with a very clean room that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom was fabulous and the beds were comfortable! It was convenient to Cumberland Gap National Historical Park. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Very nice place to stay , good price , parking and comfortable

Clean and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Was able to park within a few feet of our rooms. The room was well stocked with toiletries, towels, etc.

Not my best choice. More out there. They are trying hard but are missing the mark for travelers.

Don't be put off by the renovations going on outside, the rooms are completely finished and very comfortable. Staff was very accomodating and the stay was pleasant. Would stay here again

Great hotel

The sliding barn doors, white, black, gray, coloring, somehow comforting. It's resort like rooms were so big and cozy.
Walk in shower was beautiful and, inviting, come on in the water is fine. Great waste pressure.
Makes you wonder why more hotel/ motels that are privately owned aren't doing more.
Outside was under construction, but very organized.

Clean, bright room. Owners on premises. Called front desk on Sunday am before 8am. Asked for Hair Dryer arrived immediately. Plenty of places to eat. 30min from our family’s property so it was convenient. Parking in front of room.

Nice new rooms and great bed.

Every thing was nice except the 1/4 inch gap in the front door. Would not stay shut without using deadbolt (main lock with card.)Loved the bathroom shower, very nice.

I didn't get to check in the lady working refused to let me stay cause my driver's license had expired ive stayed in rooms everynight fir about 2weeks now and she had a problem ivenot gad time yet to get it fixed there's nothing inthere agreement aboutit i need my money put back on my card asapi spend alot if money on rooms never cause anykind of problems thanks

Old motor inn that has been completely and well remodeled. Rooms are clean/bright/roomy, etc. Owners are delightful - enjoyed seeing them play with their children!

The owners were super nice !! They went out of their way to accommodate us . I just lost my brother was in Ky for his his funeral. There had just purchased and was doing renovating. It’s was coming along very well . It’s only going to get better I can assure this !! The price was great !! We will be back to see our family and definitely stay here . Looking forward to seeing more updates to this place as he keeps building his business!! We will be back !! Thank you to the owners for being so kind to us as well knowing that I had lost my brother.And traveled from Michigan .

Room was clean and at an affordable rate.
There was no coffee maker in the room which i would have liked.

Very affordable hotel.I came in late an there was someone at the front when I rang the bell.put me in a room u ppl front so I could see my truck an be able to park.

I really like how nice the guy is that works here his name is Kebie, the rooms are nice and clean they smell good. The customer service is great and the location is good ,dollar general and AnB tobacco is a hop skip and a jump away.

Very professional and caring personal. Super clean and home feeling never had a problem, tv and cable was amazing. Ordered needs on line for delivery and was amazed they took care of things with out worries. Will definitely stay here again.

I see some reviews on here that made me apprehensive to stay here at first but I now know after staying they are wrong. I'm staying working the storm and cleanliness and safety are neither a concern. Is it the fanciest no but it's nice and the Manager is super nice and easy to work with I'm not sure what prompted the bad reviews on here.

I'm pleased with everything here. And it's nice and quiet. Smoking 🚬 is outside only and that's good. There is a microwave and refrigerator bathroom has a bath 🛀 tub. And big television 📺 with cable...Good place.

Clean room excellent water pressure
