【スタッフ】レセプションのスタッフの態度は改善の余地があります（チェックインやチェックアウトの時に宿泊客が安心するような詳細説明が不足していました）。清掃スタッフや食堂のスタッフは気さくで明るく丁寧でした。
【食事】朝食ブッフェの種類が偏っていた印象があります。ルームサービスは安心して使うことができました。
