Great property, close to the village. Brand new and great staff!

Personnel très accueillant. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner bien. Peut être un manque de places assises dans la salle de petit-déjeuner. Séjour très agréable, avec accès à toutes les commodités. Le metro est situé juste en face de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The Kitchen staff is a misfit in the hospitality industry. She needs to be transferred to a no-contact area with the guest.
She has no welcoming tact

This was a last minute book as I had booked my other hotel on the wrong date and it was fully booked.
$100 for a dog??? Is totally a money grab. Parking $18 off site parking.
Beautiful place to stay if you’re coming by cab or walking. If you’re driving they have no stopping signs in front of hotel so you need to drive around a few times to find a place to park. Then when you’re checking in they tell you to unload in the front of hotel. Then you need to find a parking spot in 2 of the parking lots they give you. We took the one 200 meters away. Construction going on where we parked so had to take a different exit to the road to walk back to hotel. Not the safest walk I had that’s for sure.
Good luck trying to find grass for the dog to do its business.
Rooms are small we had a king size bed and looking up to the ceiling is a lovely semi gloss concrete ceiling just in case you didn’t see enough concrete.
Over all wasn’t happy at all with the whole checking in part.

Un bel hôtel, bien situé à Mtl. Il y a un stationnement à l'Ilot Voyageur à côté. Par contre, pas d'ouverture reçu pour un départ tardif, malgré le fait qu'il restait des chambres à louer le lendemain ? Étrange décision.

Inconvenient..parking areas

The property is still in the process of being finished. It is however beautiful. The free breakfast is delicious. The staff are wonderful, and the rooms are so very nice.

The people were great.

Freshly renovated Hotel. Good, clean rooms. Metro Station across the Street. Breakfast ok, but on Recycling Plates. Overall, a good, reasonable choice for a City Trip.

Great dog friendly. We stayed 4 days and our room was tended to once. They did bring towels and empty trash.
Parking is a block away and not included.

Good place to stay if you're looking to explore downtown old Montreal. Drop off is difficult if you have a car load of luggage and a lot of people. You have to put your 4-way flashers on and run into the lobby to check in and grab a cart for your luggage. After unloading you need to drive a block away to find parking in one of 2 different lots.

The rooms are nice and simple. The one we had didn't have a closet but there is a pipe with hangers you can put your things on.
Beds were clean and comfortable.

Impressive breakfast buffet. Small game area. Exercise room. 24 hour hot beverages.

J’ai apprécié la propreté de l’hôtel, l’accueil chaleureux du personnel ainsi que le petit-déjeuner, et surtout la sécurité. Toutefois, pour un séjour de ce niveau de prix, il serait vraiment apprécié d’avoir certains essentiels comme un micro-ondes dans la chambre, un kit dentaire ainsi que des bouteilles d’eau. Cela améliorerait beaucoup le confort des clients.

The staff were so great! Probably the best staff I've encountered. They were kind, helpful, and always were smiling. The hotel is modern and it seems like they thought of everything when it comes to the room. Like having hooks to hang your things on, or having an air conditioner that is quiet. The breakfast area can get congested, but the breakfast itself is great!
