Pros:

This was in a great location and price good for facilities provided. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was comfortable and convenient. We had issues accessing the front door and found the apartment door tricky but once resolved it was easy. Beware access is up a lot of stairs.

Lacked basic bathroom supplies (towels, soap, toilet paper). Upon contacting the first night, towels were provided, but not other supplies. Damages in the apartment upon arrival (broken toilet seat, window, wall).

Pros:

Very disappointed. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The study was so small. We all had a carry on, and taking down was very difficult. The managent does not reply on a timely manner. There was no toilet paper, not enough bath towels. Unfortunately, we experienced Londons heat wave which this place did not have AC. Which I know is common in London not to have AC. I requested another fan and nobody replied. This studio should

Pros:

Excellent location and communication from the managers
However, the room was in the top of the building and very hot, the bathroom so small you can’t shut the door when you are on the toilet and there was a lot of noise in the building in the middle of the night

Pros:

Very neat & clean, and felt safe & secure. Good value for the price. Too many steps for someone my age. A towel bar and a hook or two would be helpful. Also could not get onto WiFi when needed. Good restaurants nearby, though.
