Excellent location. Rooms small but well equipped and comfortable. Also very quiet.
Massive choice of restaurants on Brick Lane.
Special thanks to Bascal who helped us when we needed during our stay! Hotel was clean and tidy as usual, and the overall experience was pleasant.
The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring London and you get the usual good quality, clean and comfortable rooms you expect at a Premier Inn but on this occasion I was disappointed with the customer service.
I have been several times in this hotel that every time it turns out to be a guarantee. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort, fantastic beds, walk-in shower and what about breakfast: super.
The location is perfect just less than 5 minutes from King’sCross station and Euston.
Excellent hotel in central London.
Clean and comfortable
Excellent staff
We had an issue with our room allocation, this was quickly sorted and offered complimentary breakfast , which was extremely kind.
Would 100% recommend this hotel and will return
The location is superb, a stones throw from Oxford Street. There’s a brilliant street food market outside which has a massive variety of choice and there are an abundance of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. We had a room on the second floor. The room was a great size, it was an accessible room and extremely well equipped.
Check in was seamless and we were early so we dropped our bags returning later in the evening. Staff are very helpful and friendly,
Our room was brilliant, everything is controlled from the headboard (blinds, lights, aircon etc.). The bedding and towels were immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable and massive!
There is a sizeable bar restaurant on site, we didn’t have the continental breakfast which was available opting for a bagel at one of the nearby bakeries,
Would definitely recommend
Pascal looked after me and Karl after a gig great service too man 5 star food was great quick service very respectful highly recommend promotion
We stayed here for an overnight stay, self check in was quick and easy, room was comfortable and clean.
Self service breakfast was plentiful and lots to choose from.
A bit on the expensive side for one night stay for a premier inn at £174, and this was pre booked well in advanced months before, but the hotel was ideally located for us to catch the Eurostar early the next morning.
The personal attention was impeccable and resolutive. We booked a King size bed and it really was a King size bed!! The room was small but had everything we needed.
The underground stop is 8 min away and the neighborhood has many “until late” restaurants. Great location, great price.
We kinda miss a security box and a mini fridge but that is our only drawback.
Located on Brick Lane in heart of vibrant area and 5 minutes walk from Spitalfields Market. Easy access to subway and ca. 30 minute walk to Tower Bridge. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee available all the time and breakfast was excellent value at £6 for continental buffet and even more so as there was complementary hot options the weekend we were there. Room was small but had good storage, very comfortable bed and was very clean. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely good back.
I always stay at exactly this Premier Inn because of many reasons. It started off because it's the most convenient area to arrive from Gatwick Airport (Thameslink train, direct), to buy things you may need quickly and at almost any time of the day and late evening (St Pancras Station is great for that) and to catch almost all of the tube lines (again, St Pancras Station and if not that one, then Euston station which is also within walking distance).
The hotel's check in / bar / restaurant / social area has been recently renovated and looks great, leaves more space than before and is very handy, too. Also you can get more tea and coffee etc. as well as - if needed - an ironing board and electric iron right there.
Staff were super welcoming and helpful and I was lucky I could do an early check in (by now you can opt for that right during the booking, but I had made my booking a long time ago, so I didn't have that. Still, it wasn't a problem).
The room was as always spacious and the bed so comfortable. Best sleep.
Needless to say I will book this hotel again on my next stay in London. :)
Yes it's a bit pricey even for London but I always find this accomodation welcoming and with a nice feel. It is convenient within walking distance of 3 tube stations and in the heart of Brick Lane which I love.
Loads of places to eat and hotel breakfast is not too expensive and nice atmosphere.
Rooms comfy, nicely aired and fabulous duvets.
Super friendly staff at the reception desk! Very helpful and eager to offer solutions even in complicated situations.
Great hotel and fabulous service from the team. The added bonus was having a cooked breakfast which we weren't expecting. Brick Lane is a vibrant and interesting area of London and we will definitely return.
Perfect location in the middle of Soho. Close to everything you want, shopping and restaurants. The hotel looks a bit worn and could use a renovation. The room was small, which I knew. There is nowhere to put things. No chair or desk. The windows facing the street are frosted for some reason. The carpet on the floor was dirty. The temperature in the room adjusted itself. The TV turned off every 10 minutes. The bathroom was worn and dirty. Clean towels and good bed/bedding. There was no mobile reception in the hotel. If I was lucky I got EDGE. All in all, a simple hotel for those who do not have such high standards.
Staff dismissive and rude, asked for a towel as only one in room was told they were short staffed and we would have one as soon as they had time, 11 hours later a towel arrived whilst my husband and I were in bed sleeping at 23 30pm
Breakfast was sparce, watery scrambled egg, cold bacon, burnt sausage, cold watery beans, toaster wasn't working, there was no mushrooms, hash browns, tomatoes, fried eggs, when I asked I was looked upon as being fussy and needy, there was also no milk in the coffee machine, I was told they would refill it when they had time as they were shorted staffed, there was no cereal available, no pastries, poor choice poor management ignorant staff.
Not the cleanest of hubs with lots not working in the room and bathroom.
Staff were very friendly and helpful though and the breakfast was nice.
Awesome staff great location and clean modern facilities an incredibly great weekend stay at the Brick Lane Hub will 100% use this location again
The location is great for Eurostar.
There is no atmosphere to speak of. The hotel is bland. The staff are helpful and correct. The rooms are basic but clean and sometimes without a towel.
Great location for the Eurostar Great service excellent staff and comfortable room. Had a drink at the bar - very reasonable prices and quick service.
