very good place

Very nice place to stay. Clean and affordable

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She even went with us to make sure our key worked properly. The room was very nice and comfortable. The only little problem was that the trash can under the sink was full. I believe they had forgotten to empty it, but it was not a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable.

This property was perfect for what we needed, which was being close to the Youngsville sports complex. There were numerous dining options and shopping options. The staff was amazing greeted us with kindness. Overall great experience would definitely be staying again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We will bring papertowels and dish soap next time since they were not provided by the property. Location is great and the room was very quiet.

Nice home away from home feel it had all the things you need to enjoy your stay minus food.

Shower broken, shades in windows broken.

Floors were so dirty. Sofa bed had no sheets and only plastic wrap. No paper towels or dish wash soap to clean in the kitchen area. Bugs all in the windowsills.

I made a call to the front desk clerk Ashly with specific instruction where I wanted to stay in the facility and she made it happen. She was very friendly and professional. Before I arrived at the hotel she made sure herself that I received what I asked about. The room was clean excellent!
I will be staying here again.

Room wasn't ready until 3 hrs. after scheduled check-in. (keys were left in a drop box, due to no staff at desk after 6pm) Refrigerator was NOT cleaned out from last guest.
Trash can was not emptied (which the entire room smelled like the trash can) . GETS BETTER.... had to request Bed sheets .

Great place. Very clean and quite

New property, each unit is very modern. The building is tucked back off the main road, so noise isn't an issue but still close enough that walking to a few places nearby wasn't terrible either.

The property is new, so it has a new smell and look. Every receptionist and housekeeper that I encountered during my stay was very nice and helpful. The apartment suite was beautiful and felt like home away from home. I appreciated there being a full kitchen equipped with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils/pots. Having two tvs was also a game changer. The couch is a pull-out bed. There’s an elevator on site, as well as a laundry room. The only things that I noticed that may be big deal to others are that there is no breakfast offered, the water in the shower takes a while to heat up, the walls are really thin, and there’s a $250 deposit for incidentals that isn’t posted by the travel sites. At midnight, the room next to us had the tv pretty loud, and we called the emergency number that was given. About 10 minutes later, we heard the noise die down. Their showed that the established values their customers’ complaints. Lastly, there’s no receptionist at the desk at all times, and you have to call a number to get the receptionist to come and assist. For me, this was not a big deal. Overall, this is a great hotel for a family when traveling, with many food spots and things to do within walking distance or a short drive of the hotel. We will be booking this hotel again when we are back in town.

Good place to stay, comfy beds, clean and quiet. Only negative is not being able to cook on the stoves. Only for heating up food. Had to Return the groceries I bought.

Very pleasant, clean, enjoyable stay. The only thing that was an issue was the internet, not working. Unable to google chrome any movies or shows.

The staff is friendly and helpful and it’s quiet and relaxing!!!! Will stay there again when we come back to Lafayette!!!! Please help the staff we you pack up to leave throw all your trash in the garbage and start the dish washer if you use the dishes and put your dirty towels in a pile for them it just makes their life easier and they deserve it with the hospitality they show!!!!

Front desk closet at nights and our room was missing toilet paper. We were surprised to see a sign above the cooking range that starts no cooking and warming only.

My stay was very nice . This is my second stay in 4 weeks and they have been 5 star. The receptionist Elizabeth is so helpful and receptive . Immaculate room , neat, clean and efficient. I will continue to stay here on my trips to Lafayette. RC. SUPER CONVENIENT TO DINING PLACES OF VARIOUS FOODS and Restaurants.

It is brand new and is an affordable stay. Nothing fancy but it was fine.
