This property is beautiful. The building itself is decorated and designed beautifully. Great for pictures. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return

I had a wonderful stay from the time I checked in to when I checked out. I went for a solo trip and was able to relax with no issues here. The view I woke up to every morning was beautiful. The staff was friendly, there was always someone at guest services willing to help. I definitely plan on staying here again. I truly have no negatives of this trip.
We stayed at Placemakr Buzzard Point for our wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of the Potomac River — the perfect backdrop for a romantic week.

The room had bedbugs. There was no communication from the staff. It was terrible. I stayed at this property in the past with no problems. This stay was horrible. I will not come back.

Nice room ! Cluster to get into ! Downloading app for key not good . Tv has roku that sucks! Cut off foot ball game right about 5 min of the end of game ! The Samsung remote needs to be in the room! The tech is ok but way to much trouble for most people.

Great place and walking distance to DC United and Washington Nationals games.
Very secure building. Clean, reasonably stocked. Really close to the Nationals stadium. The only downside, no checking in instructions since there is no front desk. I would stay here again.

Clean and quite with view
They gave us the wrong room. There was a Trojan condom under the sofa couch. The remote was lost we called about 5 times for 3 hours for someone to come up to our to help us out no one came, the lady even snickered on the phone because she knew wasnt going to come. Finally she sent a guy to help. By this time we didn’t even want it.
Staff was friendly & quick to help. The room was private, clean & had plenty of amenities. Easy check in and they answered any questions we had.
The property is excellent. Modern building and amenities. Room has a FULL kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The gym is large, clean and excellently stocked with modern equipment.
The only note is to have better signage and communication when arriving to check in. It can be a bit confusing. The Kastle app is apparently not as necessary as the pre check-in instructions lead you to beleive.
