Beraká

To start, the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful. I was most disappointed in the misrepresentation. If you look at the map within Expedia it looks like it is downtown, but it was not, so we had a hard time finding it. The location is outside of town so not within walking distance. The description also says beach front, not sure why because it’s not. Breakfast was supposed to be included and it was supposed to have a restaurant. When we got there it was a ghost town. There was no restaurant and I was informed that current owners let the staff go. So no breakfast and no restaurant. It was raining, so we just ate some snacks that we had for dinner. I asked for some compensation but none was offered, hence my poor review. The staff did let us see the beautiful grounds by where the restaurant was. So I am sure at one point it was very nice, however some compensation would have been nice. Also the road leading up to it is very rutty, so have to drive extremely slow.

Room nice and clean. Brefast was great. Great restaurant and quite. Will come back when in the area.

La propiedad es super linda, el personal es de primera, le pongo esa calificación porque la app señala que la ubicación es en el centro de Ataco y eso no es verdad, aparte que el desayuno que incluía no me lo dieron por un problema con el gas

Todo en el Hotel Beraka fue excelente: atención amable, habitaciones cómodas, comida deliciosa y áreas perfectas para relajarse. Una experiencia que sin duda volvería a repetir.

Amazing place. Beautiful views and amenities.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and give us room keys. Once in the room, the hot water did not work, it was 7pm. The hot water became available at 6am the next morning, after letting the faucet run for 5 minutes. The food that was included for breakfast was good and the staff is nice. I would have given less stars if it had not been for the staff and the food. Clean place.

This property jas an excellent restaurant surrounded by beautiful gardens where peacocks walk arond elegantly.

The room we stayed at was really clean and looked new or newly renovated. We had a pleasant experience.

Good place to stay , the Restaurant food taste good. The only problem is that there is not a/c in room but due to the Hotel being in the Mountains makes it bearable.

No tienen aire acondicionado tuve mucho calor en la madrugada no tienen ni ventilador, reserve para 3 personas pero en el restaurante solo me decian que tenia 2 desayunos incluidos tuve que comprar el otro, asi que no era con desayunos incluidos para todos. Tampoco hay ahua se debe llevar porque no hay cerca.

It’s a beautiful property and well kept. Nice restaurant too. We loved the food. The road to get to it off the main road is bumpy, but that’s a minor detail especially if you have a pickup or SUV. The yards around the hotel and restaurant are great scenery.

Buena estadia, en la habitación el wifi irregular, acceso al hotel en mal estado, personal muy amable en el hotel y restaurante, muy buena atención
